s•energy is my signature healing session that combines a 30-minute remote Reiki energy healing session with a personalized sound practice of your choice. Choose from a healing soundscape, channeled sacred song, channeled playlist, or affirmation arsenal (customized list).

Reiki energy transcends physical distance, there are Reiki practices specifically for distance - allowing you to receive the benefits of energy healing, alignment, and balance from the comfort of your own space.

Find a quiet, comfortable space to relax. You can meditate, listen to calming music, or simply rest while the energy work is being performed.

I will message you at the start of the session to affirm the start of the energy healing. I will then message you at the end of the 30-minute session after I’ve completed all the Reiki transmissions.

Whichever one calls to you most - or, if you’d like, let me know you’d like to do “mentor’s choice” and I’ll pick one for you based off of your intake answers.

Whether you choose a healing soundscape, channeled sacred song, channeled playlist, or affirmation arsenal (customized list), you will receive your sound practice through email within 2-10 business days after you receive your 1:1 Reiki.

For the Healing Soundscapes and Sacred Songs, you will have the mp3 file for life. Listen to the mp3 to meditate, ground yourself, and find your heart center.

For the Channeled Playlists and Affirmation Arsenals, you will have a beautiful graphic of the channeled material to keep for life.

Playlist: Listen to the playlist and read the lyrics of each song as you do so, whenever you feel called. The universe sent them to you for a reason.

Affirmations: Read them out loud or in your head every day to reprogram your subconscious. They will be personalized to your needs.

This is a one-time charge and a one-time service package deal of (1) remote Reiki session and (1) sound practice of your choice.
